3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, all of Europe, Australia and UAE.

4. Digital Products Delivery
Digital products are delivered after your order has been completed, this is typically 30 days, via email upon successful completion of payment.

5. Order Tracking

We primarily use Royal Mail to ship our physical goods.
7. Damages and Lost Packages
Chloe Mediumship is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
